The Exigence Group Announces the Appointment of Two Practice Managers

The Exigence Group continues to grow and is proud to announce the recent appointment of two Practice Managers at their corporate headquarters in Amherst, NY. Nicole Harmon-Crawford, MBA, CMRS, Practice Manager in the Patient Centered Medical Home Division and Tiffany Cook, MS, CPHM, Practice Manager in the Hospitalist Division.

Nicole Harmon-Crawford is responsible for growing and managing The Exigence Group’s Primary Care practice, Jacobs & Modaber, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Additionally, Nicole is focused on developing Wellness initiatives for Exigence. Nicole brings 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to Exigence, she was with Independent Health as the Assistant Director for Advanced Primary and Specialty Care. During her tenure she played an integral role in a cross-functional team charged with developing and implementing successful Patient Centered Medical Home practices. Nicole’s experience also includes the Windsong Radiology Group, where she spent two years in a role of Marketing Specialist and then moved into an Organizational Development Supervisor role. Nicole was responsible for program development in the areas of strategic planning, facility expansion, service launch, new hire and management training, performance standards, annual evaluations, and policies and process controls. She also was the project leader for an 8,500-square foot Windsong facility in Hamburg. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Canisius College and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology. Nicole is also an Adjunct Professor for the Allied Health Professionals Program at Bryant and Stratton College. Nicole is a resident of South Lockport, NY.

Tiffany Cook, a Practice Manager in the Hospitalist Division of The Exigence Group, is responsible for the hospitalist programs at Olean General Hospital in Olean, NY and St. James Mercy Hospital in Hornell, NY. She also plays an active role in recruiting and hiring staff for the hospitalist entities including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and administrative staff. Tiffany recently relocated back to the WNY area from North Carolina. Prior to her tenure at Exigence, Tiffany was the Employee Health Program Practice Manager at the Carolinas Healthcare Systems in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this leadership role, she facilitated the growth of two family medicine practices that serviced the city of Concord and Cabarrus County employees and their families. She was also instrumental in managing a corporate Health Risk Assessment for over 1,500 employees. Tiffany earned a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Strayer University in Charlotte, North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Medaille College. She also holds a CPHM (Certified Professional in Healthcare) through McKesson Management. Tiffany now lives in Tonawanda, NY.
