TIP (TeamHealth Incentive Program) allows TeamHealth-affiliated providers to contribute to the growth of our foundation—the physicians we hire. If you are aware of a physician who may be interested in the services provided by TeamHealth-affiliated groups, please follow the link below to submit a recommendation.

If the lead you submit results in a full-time physician hire, you will receive a $5,000 award 30 days after he/she has worked their first shift. To receive credit, you must provide detailed information on a physician who is not already working as a TeamHealth-affiliated provider. If a physician is submitted more than once, the first submission will be considered the lead source. Recruiting leaders, recruiters, provider consultants, and regional medical directors are excluded from receiving this award. Facility medical directors (FMDs) and system medical directors (SMDs) are excluded from recruitment assistance to their own practices.
