Exigence Foundation
Exigence North America, LLC is in the business of helping people in need, whether it be in the Emergency Department, hospital or urgent care arena. We also recognize that there are many other individuals and causes who desperately need our help.
The Exigence Foundation, Inc. has been created to, among other things:
- Promote healthcare research and development
- Aid in the provision of patient access to appropriate health care
- Provide funds for scholarships
- Contribute to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare organizations and facilities
- Contribute to other individuals and organizations in need as determined by the Board
The Foundation was created so as to provide a specific entity from which charitable funds may be received and distributed. The intent of this entity is to help our group make good decisions and have the biggest impact on the dollars and resources given.
The Exigence Foundation is a formal 501(c)(3) public charity and welcomes any and all contributions from individuals both within our organization and outside it. Donations can be designated to specific causes at the request of the donor. All donations are tax deductible and should be directed to the attention of Irv Levy, Foundation Treasurer and Exigence CFO.
Exigence understands corporate responsibility and looks forward to the opportunity to help worthy causes and see goals come to fruition.
